Custodian Employed. The Trustees may employ a custodian, hold property unregistered or in the name of a nominee (including the nominee of any bank, trust company, brokerage house or other institution employed as custodian), and pay reasonable compensation to a non-Trustee custodian in addition to any fees otherwise payable to the Trustees, notwithstanding any rule of law otherwise prohibiting such dual compensation.
