General Investment Account definition

General Investment Account means an Investment Account established and maintained in accordance with Article XI.

  • The Plan Administrator shall establish, or cause to be established, for each person for whom an Account is maintained a Share Investment Account and a General Investment Account.

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
