The Plan Administrator shall establish, or cause to be established, for each person for whom an Account is maintained a Share Investment Account and a General Investment Account.
Such General Investment Account shall be charged with all amounts credited thereto that are applied to the purchase of Shares, any losses or depreciation attributable to amounts credited thereto, any expenses allocable thereto and any distributions of amounts credited thereto.
The General Investment Account that is established for a person in accordance with section 11.1 shall be credited with: (a) all amounts, other than Shares, allocated to such person's Account; (b) all dividends paid in a form other than Shares with respect to Shares credited to such person's Share Investment Account; (c) the proceeds of any sale of Shares credited to such person's Share Investment Account; and (d) any earnings attributable to amounts credited to such person's General Investment Account.
