Custom Seat. Custom seat will allow Customer to bring its own Soft Phone and non-phone end point devices (i.e. SIP based overhead paging unit, doorbell or notification lamp.) for use with the seat. The seat must be configured by CenturyLink and then Customer must manually configure and provision the Soft Phone and end point devices with CenturyLink provided authentication credentials. Customer’s Soft Phone and end point devices are not certified for use with CenturyLink Service and therefore some features may not work. CenturyLink does not offer configuration support when Customer utilizes its own 3rd party Soft Phone and end point devices. Custom seats include the same features offered with a Hosted VoIP or IQ SIP premium seats and is not associated with a SIP Trunk group.

  • Disconnection of Service Customer may discontinue service upon written notification to WALNUT HILL, after which Customer will still be subject to payment of all applicable charges. No initial charges shall be refunded once WALNUT HILL has accepted this contract. WALNUT HILL has the right to discontinue Customer’s service without notice if payment is more than approximately 30 days in arrears, if Customer fails to honor the terms of this agreement, if Customer violates the rules or regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or if Customer uses the designated service for unlawful or prohibited purposes. If Customer’s service is disconnected for nonpayment of Customer’s xxxx, a reactivation fee may apply if the service is resumed. Customer will be liable for any costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to collection of the amounts owed. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, WALNUT HILL’s High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 2 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.
