Call Recording 10.1 A call recording service is provided as part of Voip Exchange and by using this service the customer undertakes that it is abiding by the following legislation linked to call recording in the United Kingdom.
Tape Recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.
Time Recording The instrumentation shall enable the action to be recorded throughout its duration and readings to be made to within one one-thousandth of a second; The beginning of the impact at the moment of first contact between the headform and the item being tested shall be detected on the recordings used for analysing the test.
Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.
Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.
BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client monthly statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within thirty (30) days of its mailing date. An interest charge of one percent (1%) per month shall be assessed on balances that are more than thirty (30) days past due. Client may request a statement at intervals of less than 30 days. If Client requests a bill, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.
Billing Statement The billing statement shall show the work authorization number for each work authorization included in the billing, the total amount earned to the date of submission, and the amount due and payable as of the date of the current billing statement for each work authorization. The billing statement shall indicate if the work has been completed or if the billing is for partial completion of the work. The fixed fee will be paid in proportion to the percentage of work completed per work authorizations.
