Custom Tandem Switching. In addition to the standard Tandem Switching capabilities, custom Tandem Switching will allow CLEC to originate a call through PACIFIC's tandem to a CLC, another LEC, Wireless Service Provider, or another switch using CLEC's own interoffice facilities.
