BILLING FOR LOCAL SERVICE. 9.1 AT&T OKLAHOMA will xxxx XXXX for Resale services provided by AT&T OKLAHOMA to CLEC pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Attachment 4: Connectivity Billing and Recording-Resale.
9.2 AT&T OKLAHOMA will recognize CLEC as the customer of record for all Local Service and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLEC. CLEC is responsible for the payment of charges for all services furnished by reason of this Attachment.
BILLING FOR LOCAL SERVICE. 29.10.1 GTE shall bill AT&T for Local Service provided by GTE to AT&T pursuant to the terms of this Part, and in accordance with the terms and conditions for Connectivity Billing and Recording in Attachment 6.
29.10.2 GTE shall recognize AT&T as the customer of record for all Local Service and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to AT&T.
BILLING FOR LOCAL SERVICE. 9.1 AT&T will xxxx XXXX for Resale services provided by AT&T to CLEC pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Attachment 4: Connectivity Billing and Recording-Resale.
9.2 AT&T will recognize CLEC as the customer of record for all Local Service and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLEC. CLEC is responsible for the payment of charges for all services furnished by reason of this Attachment.
9.3 To the extent allowable by law, CLEC shall be responsible for both Primary Interexchange carrier (PIC) and Local Primary IntraLATA Presubscription (LPIC) change charges associated with each local Exchange line furnished to CLEC under this Attachment. CLEC shall pay all charges for PIC and LPIC changes at the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule or, if any such rate is not listed in the Pricing Schedule, than as set forth in the applicable tariff.
BILLING FOR LOCAL SERVICE. 5.10.1. NEVADA shall xxxx XXXX for Local Service provided by NEVADA to CLEC pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, and in accordance with the terms and conditions for Connectivity Billing and Recording in Attachment 13.
5.10.2. NEVADA shall recognize CLEC as the customer of record for all Resold Local Service and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLEC unless CLEC specifically requests otherwise. 2/3/98 2/3/98
