Customary Charges. Charges for services customarily furnished or rendered in connection with the rental of the Properties, whether or not such charges are separately stated. Customary Charges. Within five (5) Business Days after demand therefor, made by the Bank and accompanied by a reasonably detailed statement of such amounts, any and all reasonable charges the Bank may make in connection with drawings under the Letters of Credit and any and all reasonable expenses which the Bank incurs relative to the Letters of Credit;
