Common use of Customer Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Customer Acknowledgment. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx will not be liable for a breach of this Agreement if a third-party gains access to Toppan Xxxxxxx’x proprietary Websites or databases as long as Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx uses commercially reasonable measures to protect them from unlawful access and is otherwise complying with its obligations under this Agreement.
