Common use of Customer Administration of the Services Clause in Contracts

Customer Administration of the Services. Customer is responsible for: (A) maintaining the confidentiality of the password and administrative account(s) provided to Customer by Google for the purpose of administering End User accounts; (B) designating those of Customer’s employees and XXXX’x employees who are authorized to access the administrative account; and (C) ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with Customer’s administrative account comply with the Google TOS. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Google is merely a data processor and that neither XXXX’x nor Google’s liability extends to the internal management or administration of the Services for Customer.
