Customer Audits of Supplier Facilities. The Supplier shall allow the Customer, or its authorized representative, to perform audits of the Supplier’s facilities, systems, documentation, and other requirements related to this agreement. Audits shall be conducted at mutually agreed dates and times. The Supplier and Customer will agree upon methods to protect intellectual property such as confidentially agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
