Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Fund and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. Buyer Furnished Equipment 14.3.2.1 The Seller shall introduce data related to Buyer Furnished Equipment, for equipment that is installed on the Aircraft by the Seller (hereinafter “BFE Data”) into the customized Technical Data, at no additional charge to the Buyer for the initial issue of the Technical Data provided at first Aircraft Delivery, provided such BFE Data is provided in accordance with the conditions set forth in Clauses 14.3.2.2 through 14.3.2.6.
Designated Equipment; Designated Locations The System and the Data Access Services shall be used and accessed solely on and through the Designated Configuration at the offices of the Fund or the Fund Accountants in Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx (“Designated Locations”).
Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.
Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
Product Specifications The Company agrees that all Products sold to Xxxx hereunder shall conform to the respective specifications set forth on Schedule A or to such other specifications as are from time to time agreed upon by the Parties.
Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.
Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).
