Customer Input. Customer is solely responsible for collecting, inputting and updating all Customer information stored on the Host (“Customer Content”) and for ensuring (a) that the Customer Content does not include anything that actually or potentially infringes or misappropriates the copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party or contain anything that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, offensive or malicious, and (b) that Customer has collected and handled all Customer Content in compliance with all applicable data privacy and protection laws, rules, and regulations.
