Common use of Customer Management Clause in Contracts

Customer Management. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall publish, no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date, and the end of every quarter after said date, throughout Project implementation, a list, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, of its customers whose monthly xxxx has averaged GNF 150,000 or more over the previous 12 months and whose arrears are more than three (3) months old.
