Customer Managers. During the Term, Customer shall maintain an individual (the "Customer Client Executive") who shall serve as the primary Customer representative under this Agreement. The Customer Client Executive shall be a Customer Associate and shall (a) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Customer's obligations under this Agreement and (b) be authorized to act for and on behalf of Customer with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement or shall have access to and seek authorization from another Customer Associate with the proper authority to so act. In the event the Customer Client Executive shall be absent or otherwise unable to perform its duties for an extended period of time, then Customer shall identify an alternate Customer Client Executive who shall have the same duties and authority to act as the Customer Client Executive.

  • Contract Managers Each party will designate a Contract Manager during the term of this Agreement whose responsibility shall be to oversee the party’s performance of its duties and obligations pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Citizens’ Contract Manager may designate other authorized individuals to participate in overseeing the Firm’s performance hereunder.   • Alliance Managers Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party will designate an alliance manager to be reasonably available to the other Party to facilitate communication, respond to questions and otherwise oversee that the Parties’ activities hereunder are in line with this Agreement. Such alliance managers will regularly interact with each other on a frequency to be mutually agreed by the Parties and on an ad hoc basis if requested by the Joint Project Team or the Project Leaders. A Party may replace its alliance manager at any time by written notice to the other Party.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).
