Customer Representative. At all times during the term of this Agreement, a minimum of one Customer employee shall be designated to act as Customer Representative. The Customer Representative is responsible to open a trouble ticket directly with Rimage and provide the system serial number and other necessary system and trouble information, which may include sending system log files for analysis. The trouble ticket should be retained and used for future reference to the same incident. The Customer Representative shall be responsible to react to all Covered Solution problems, including contacting Rimage while in close proximity to the affected system so they may attempt troubleshooting to isolate the malfunctioning area; cooperate with Rimage to diagnose the problem over the telephone; reload the Rimage Disc Publishing system operating system, software, or device drivers; replace front swappable recorders or hard disc drives; or perform other Rimage designated Operator level troubleshooting or repairs. Rimage reserves the right to withhold the shipment of replacement items or dispatching a field technician to the Customer’s location until the Customer has performed reasonable troubleshooting and failure diagnosis.
Customer Representative. The Customer must name on the Booking Form at least one natural person to be its Customer Representative in connection with all matters concerning the Customer and the Event. Each Customer Representative is deemed to be authorised by the Customer appointing him/her to enter into other contracts with the Organiser or its agents as the Customer Representative considers necessary in connection with the Event and such contracts shall be binding on the Customer.
Customer Representative. Customer shall provide a representative who shall be present at all times during the installation and be capable of assisting where necessary. When no representative is present and assistance from Customer is not available when required, Accuray may suspend the installation until an appropriate Customer representative is made available consistently.
Customer Representative. A. Notwithstanding any other Article or language contained herein the Company may, at its option, employ part-time employees at all stations, offices, and reservation facilities in all classifications covered by this Agreement.
B. No full-time employee shall be furloughed or displaced with a part-time employee.
C. The number of part-time employees shall not exceed twenty five percent (25%) of the total employees covered by this Agreement. Part-time vacancies will be filled in the following order:
1) Full-time employees at the point in same classification
2) Full-time employees from the system in same classification
3) Part time employees from the system in the same classification
4) New hire employees
D. Employees classified as part-time shall be scheduled a minimum of four (4) consecutive hours in a day and not more than five (5) consecutive days in a work week.
E. Employees classified as part-time will not be scheduled to work more than thirty
Customer Representative. A. Time worked in any tour of duty including holidays and overtime shall be considered as work performed on the day during which the employee's regular shift began.
B. Except as herein provided an eight (8) hour work day exclusive of a meal period, shall constitute a day's work and five (5) days of work within a week shall constitute a week's work for the employees covered by this Agreement. A ten (10) hour work day, except as herein provided shall consist of ten (10) hours exclusive of a meal period and four (4) days of work within a week shall constitute a week’s work for employees covered by this Agreement. One-half (½) hour meal periods shall be scheduled to begin no earlier than one hour before or no later than one hour after the middle of the shift. Eight (8) hour work days will receive two (2) paid breaks, each are fifteen (15) minutes in duration. Ten (10) hour work days will receive three (3) paid breaks, each are fifteen (15) minutes in duration. Breaks, inclusive of meal periods will be spaced no more than three hours apart from the end of the prior break and the first break will not begin prior to one and a half hours (1:30) from the beginning of the shift. SHIFT TYPE SHIFT MIDDLE OF THE SHIFT 1ST PAID BREAK UNPAID LUNCH 2ND PAID BREAK 3RD PAID BREAK All part-time Employees should refer to Article 10, Section 1, Paragraph O. A Customer Representative required to take an early or late lunch will be paid an additional one-half hour at the straight time rate. A Customer Representative required to forego their lunch period will be paid an additional one-half hour at the rate of time and one- half. Where one-hour lunch periods are scheduled, the Customer Representative will be paid at the applicable straight time or time and one-half rate.
C. Meal periods shall be paid for employees whose work shifts begin at 6:00 P.M. up to and including 4:00 A.M. start times.
D. Employees will be scheduled for at least two (2) consecutive days off in each of their work weeks. Saturday and Sunday will be considered as consecutive days off for this purpose. Ten (10) hour shift employees will be scheduled for at least three (3) consecutive days off in each of their work weeks. Saturday, Sunday, Monday will be considered consecutive days off for this purpose. Part-time Employees should refer to Article 10, Paragraph D.

Customer Representative. Within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date, Customer shall designate by written notice an individual as Customer’s representative for all matters relating to this Agreement (the “Customer Representative”). The Customer Representative or designee shall be reasonably available during all business hours and shall provide or facilitate all access, scheduling and operating and maintenance at the Premises to support Utility’s performance of the DER Services and other rights and obligations under this Agreement. The actions taken by the Customer Representative shall be deemed acts of Customer. Customer may at any time, upon written notice to Utility, change the Customer Representative.
Customer Representative. _FireEye Director of Hardware Development and Manufacturing shall represent Customer during the performance of this Agreement with respect to the Design Services and deliverables defined herein, and has authority to execute modifications or additions to this Agreement.

Customer Representative. The customer information listed in the Order will be used as the official Customer designated representative. Any registration information that Customer’s designated representative provides to the Provider must be accurate, current, and complete. Customer must also update its information so that Provider may send notices, statements, and other information to Customer by email or mail.
Customer Representative. (a) The person specified in Item 13 of the Work Order Details as the Customer representative will be ElectraNet’s main point of contact for the purposes of this agreement.
(b) The Customer may change the Customer representative by providing ElectraNet with a Notice in accordance with this clause 18.2 confirming this has occurred and providing ElectraNet with contact details of the new Customer representative.
(c) The Customer representative referred to in this clause 18.2 has the power to bind the Customer in the exercise of any of its rights and the carrying out of any of its obligations under or in connection with this agreement.
