Customer Associate definition

Customer Associate means a member, subsidiary, affiliate, associate or undertaking of the Customer.
Customer Associate means a member, subsidiary, affiliate, associate or undertaking of the Customer. “Customer Instruction” means any request, instruction or communications sent by the User or any representative of the Customer and received by the Bank through an E-Channel with a valid identification such as correct username, password, pin, token or any other similar identification. “E-Channel(s)”means ADIB Group’s electronic banking systems described in the Schedule to this Agreement, and which we may authorize you and any User to access and use from time to time in accordance with the relevant Schedule and the other terms of this Agreement. “Institution” means any member of the ADIB Group (other than the Bank) and any third party financial institution providing the Services on behalf of ADIB Group to the Customer. “Materials” means any content, tools or other materials (other than software) made available to you for the purpose of making use of E-Channels and the Services. “Schedule” means a schedule to this Agreement specifying the relevant E-Channel(s) authorized by the Bank to the Customer and any specific terms and conditions relating to such E-Channel which shall form an integral part of this Agreement. “Services” means any electronic banking or related services supplied via an E-Channel and ancillary services that we provide procure or make available to you from time to time, as may be further described in this Agreement. “Security Procedures” means the facilities and procedures used to control the operation of each of the E-Channels and the Services as set out in this Agreement. “Software” means any software supplied by us for use by you in connection with any E-Channel. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions set out in this section of the Agreement governing E-Channels and the Services and binding on the Customer. “User(s)”means any of your employees, agents or any other individual(s) authorized by the Customer and notified to the Bank, whom from time to time are/is appointed to use the E-Channel(s) pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If World Fuel's performance of its obligations under the Agreement is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of Customer or any Customer Associate, World Fuel shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations under the Agreement or otherwise liable for any Losses sustained or incurred by Customer, in each case, to the extent arising directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.

  • The account information (headed “Statement Details”) available on an E-Channel, is not intended to replace the account statement that the Bank provides to the Customer or a Customer Associate under the terms and conditions of that account.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Business Associate means the Contractor.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Company Associate means any current or former employee, independent contractor, officer or director of the Company.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • close business associate means an individual who has had sufficient prior business dealings with the director, senior officer or control person to be in a position to assess the capabilities and trustworthiness of the director, senior officer or control person.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Support Personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • T&Cs means these Terms and Conditions.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer/s for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Covered Associate means any general partner, managing member or executive officer, or other individual with a similar status or function, any employee who solicits a government entity for the investment adviser and any person who supervises, directly or indirectly, such employee.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • CRM means Customer Relationship Management.
