Common use of Customer Order Desk Clause in Contracts

Customer Order Desk. The Seller operates a “Customer Order Desk”, the main functions of which are: (i) Management of order entries for all priorities, including Aircraft On Ground (“AOG”); (ii) Management of order changes and cancellations; (iii) Administration of Buyer’s routing instructions; (iv) Management of Material returns; (v) Clarification of delivery discrepancies; (vi) Issuance of credit and debt notes. (vii) Lease of certain Seller Parts (viii) Loan of Ground Support Equipment and Tools The Buyer hereby agrees to communicate its orders for Material to the Customer Order Desk either in electronic format (SPEC 2000), telephone, fax, SITA message, e-mail or via the Internet.
