Common use of Customer Processing of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Customer Processing of Customer Data. Customer agrees that (i) it shall comply with its obligations as a Data Controller under Data Protection Laws in respect of its processing of Customer Data and any processing instructions it issues to MailChimp; and (ii) it has provided notice and obtained (or shall obtain) all consents and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for MailChimp to process Customer Data and provide the Services pursuant to the Agreement and this DPA.

The Customer agrees that that: (i) it shall comply with its obligations as a Data Controller controller under Data Protection Laws in respect of its processing of Customer Data and the appropriateness and lawfulness of any processing instructions it issues to MailChimpJumplead; and and (ii) it has provided notice appropriate notices and obtained (or shall obtain) all consents consents, permissions and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for MailChimp to process enable the lawful transfer of the Customer Data to Jumplead for the duration and provide the Services pursuant to purposes of the Agreement and this DPA.

Customer agrees that (i) it shall comply with its obligations as a Data Controller under Data Protection Laws in respect of its processing of Customer Data and any processing instructions it issues to MailChimpLookout; and (ii) it has provided notice and obtained (or shall obtain) all consents and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for MailChimp Lookout to lawfully process Customer Data and provide the Services Service pursuant to the Agreement and this DPA.

Customer agrees that (i) it shall comply with its obligations as a Data Controller under Data Protection Laws in respect of its processing of Customer Data and any processing instructions it issues to MailChimpLookout; (ii) it is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and lawfulness of Customer Data; and (iiiii) it has provided notice and obtained (or shall obtain) all consents and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for MailChimp Lookout to lawfully process Customer Data and provide the Services Service pursuant to the Agreement and this DPA.
