Customer Satisfaction and Escalation Procedure 4. 6 Kundenzufriedenheit und Anlaufpunkt CRS provides a Customer Satisfaction Survey that Customer may use to provide ratings regarding its satisfaction as to the level of service. Should a Customer be dissatisfied as to the level of service it is receiving in the resolution of a Case, Customer will be contacted by a member of PPM’s Support Management to discuss a resolution.   • Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Task Order Clauses) All costs associated with the preparation, presentation, and discussion of the Contractor’s proposal in response to a task order solicitation will be at the Contractor’s sole and exclusive expense and each task order will be funded by the ordering agency at the task order level.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • Initial Forecasts/Trunking Requirements Because Verizon’s trunking requirements will, at least during an initial period, be dependent on the Customer segments and service segments within Customer segments to whom CSTC decides to market its services, Verizon will be largely dependent on CSTC to provide accurate trunk forecasts for both inbound (from Verizon) and outbound (to Verizon) traffic. Verizon will, as an initial matter, provide the same number of trunks to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to CSTC as CSTC provides to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to Verizon. At Verizon’s discretion, when CSTC expressly identifies particular situations that are expected to produce traffic that is substantially skewed in either the inbound or outbound direction, Verizon will provide the number of trunks CSTC suggests; provided, however, that in all cases Verizon’s provision of the forecasted number of trunks to CSTC is conditioned on the following: that such forecast is based on reasonable engineering criteria, there are no capacity constraints, and CSTC’s previous forecasts have proven to be reliable and accurate.

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.
