Common use of Customer Survey Clause in Contracts

Customer Survey. Programme A Customer Survey Programme including a Mystery Guest Programme could be implemented by SANParks for all accommodation facilities and tourism activities provided by SANParks. The Private Party will be required to collaborate with SANParks in the implementation of such Programmes and/or other customer surveys in the Restaurant Facility.
