Customer Validation. Customer agrees to independently validate Aggregated Data and to periodically confirm the accuracy of that data through sources independent of the Service and/or JPM. If Customer determines that data is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise contains misinformation, Customer agrees to promptly contact JPM and/or the relevant Eligible Custodian and resolve the issue.
