Customer’s Confidential Information. All information, documents, or records to which LRS has access as a result of this Agreement and in which the Customer has rights or which is marked as confidential shall be treated by LRS as the Customer’s proprietary information and shall not be disseminated or disclosed to third parties without Customer’s prior written consent.
Customer’s Confidential Information. The Parties agree the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement executed between them prior to the date hereof, shall be incorporated herein as if written in full herein.
Customer’s Confidential Information. If the Confidential Information is owned by Customer, EnSYNC is allowed to Disclose Customer’s Confidential Information to enSYNC’s employee(s), representative(s), authorized agent(s), consultant(s), or subcontractor(s). EnSYNC represents to Customer that enSYNC’s employee(s), representative(s), authorized agent(s), consultant(s), or subcontractor(s) have each signed a written agreement to be bound by the same terms and conditions, including license restrictions and obligation of confidentiality, contained in this Agreement.
Customer’s Confidential Information. Staffing Resource agrees to abide by all applicable Customer Information Technology Security procedures and policies. Staffing Resource further agrees not store, or allow to be stored, any Confidential Information on any portable storage media (e.g., laptops, thumb drives, hard drives, etc.) or peripheral device with the capacity to hold information that has not been authorized. Failure to comply with this provision shall constitute a breach of contract and Staffing Resource will be immediately removed from Customer work site.
Customer’s Confidential Information. Customer’s Confidential Information includes without limitation any confidential and/or proprietary information concerning Customer Data, inventions, trade secrets, know-how, methods, processes, techniques, technologies, other technical, business and operational information. Customer’s Confidential Information does not include any suggestions, ideas, enhancements requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided to Vendor related to the Software Service.
Customer’s Confidential Information. 13.1 The Company shall be entitled to identify the Customer as a Customer in the Company's publicity materials, subject to the Customer's prior written approval on each publicity document.
