Common use of Customer’s Instructions Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Instructions. During the course of the Services the Vendor will be responsible for ensuring that its employees, servants and agents will, whenever on the Customer’s premises, obey all reasonable instructions and directions issued by the Customer. Continued failure of Vendor’s personnel to follow reasonable instructions by Customer will entitle Customer to terminate this Agreement.
