Common use of Customer’s Transfer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Transfer Obligations. In respect of Transferred Personal Data, Customer will: ● enter into Model Contract Clauses as the exporter of such data, if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires Customer to do so; and ● use an Alternative Transfer Solution offered by Google in respect of such data and take any action (which may include execution of documents) strictly required to give full effect to such solution if under European Data Protection Law Google reasonably requires Customer to do so.
