Data Storage and Processing Facilities. Customer agrees that Google may, subject to Section 10.2 (Transfers of Data Out of the EEA and Switzerland), store and process Customer Personal Data in the United States of America and any other country in which Google or any of its Subprocessors maintains facilities.

Where SailPoint transfers and otherwise Processes Customer Personal Information outside of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, including by any Sub-processor, SailPoint will ensure that such transfer is made in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws, such as by entering into Model Clauses.
Data Storage and Processing Facilities. 9.1.1. Customer agrees that AIS may, subject to Section 9.3 (Transfers of Data Out of the EEA), store and process Customer Data in Malta, Europe and any other country in which AIS or any of its Sub- Processors maintains facilities.
