Common use of Customer’s Use of Service Clause in Contracts

Customer’s Use of Service. Customer represents and warrants that Customer has the legal right and authority to install and use the Cloud Services. Customer may use the Service solely for Customer’s internal business use in accordance with and in the countries designated in the applicable Supplemental Terms, this SLSA and the all activities that occur under Customer’s account. Upon request, Customer will provide Avaya with signed confirmation of its compliance with this provision.
