Common use of Customizations Clause in Contracts

Customizations. Subject to all terms of this Agreement including without limitation the payment of Fees, VirTra shall develop and deliver to Modern Round the Scenarios and Customizations described in Exhibit G, along with and integrated into the VirTra Software, according to the development plan (“Development Plan”) described therein. The Parties may agree as to other Development Plans in the future, and such agreement as to each such Development Plan shall be in writing. The development and integration of the Customizations, the VirTra Software, Scenarios, the Noma Software and Equipment shall be deemed the “Project.” Parties shall cooperate in the development of the Project, and exchange information as reasonably necessary or desirable in order to effect the completion of such Project. Any changes to the Development Plan shall be agreed to in writing by the Parties.
