Customs, tariffs and duties. The Supplier must bear all customs and import duties (including antidumping duties) levied. ElectraNet will make any applications for customs or import duty concessions that may be practicable. If it makes a successful application, and the Contract Price includes an amount for customs or import duty at a higher rate, then ElectraNet may deduct the difference from the amount payable to the Supplier under the Contract. The Supplier will, promptly upon request, provide ElectraNet with a detailed breakdown of each cost item included in the Contract Price.

No change in duties of Executive shall in any way diminish the Base Salary payable to him or her pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 herein.
