Off Times. The Credit Union may establish or change cutoff times for the receipt and processing of funds transfer requests, amendments, or cancellations. Unless other times are posted for the various types of funds transfers, the cutoff time will be at 2:00 pm. on each weekday that the Credit Union is open, which is not a holiday. Payment orders, cancellations, or amendments received after the applicable cutoff time may be treated as having been received on the next following funds transfer business day and processed accordingly.

Off Times. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any Internal Transfers submitted by you immediately. External Transfers sent by you after 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) are considered part of the next Business Day. Bill Payment requests submitted after 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) are considered part of the next Business Day. We reserve the right to change these cut-off times. You will receive notice if they change in accordance with Applicable Law. YOUR LOGIN ID, PASSWORD AND OTHER SECURITY PROCEDURES You will be required to use a Login ID assigned to or selected by you, as well as a password selected by you, each time you log-in to use Online Banking. You agree that we may rely on your Login ID, password and other security procedures, as further described below and as we may modify in our sole and exclusive discretion from time to time, to identify and authenticate you when you use the Service (Security Procedures). You agree to protect the Security Procedures to prevent unauthorized use. The following Security Procedures apply to access by all customers, except as otherwise expressly provided, to nbkc bank’s Online Banking Service, including but not limited to the Mobile Banking Service feature of Online Banking. The Bank may issue new Security Procedures and / or cancel or change any Security Procedures from time to time. Except as may otherwise be noted, the following Security Procedures are required for all Online and Mobile Banking Service customers: Login ID: This is the electronic identification (in letters, numerals and special characters) associated with each user of the Online and Mobile Banking Service that will be used for log-in. Password: Each user of the Online and Mobile Banking Service will also be required to have a unique password known only to the user. Passwords are case-sensitive and must meet certain requirements including but not limited to minimum and maximum length and types of characters, as further described in the Online Banking system. Each user is strongly recommended to change his or her individual password at least every 90 days for security purposes. The bank requires a minimum of a password change every 365 days. Due to the demand for the venues, The Restaurant can unfortunately not allow any set-up to commence the day before the reserved date. The applicable venue hire charges apply should The Client wish to reserve the day before the event for set-up. Cut-off time is eight hours from the start time of event or 00:00 whichever comes first.

  • Cut-off Times Bank has established cut-off times for receipt of some categories of Instruction, which shall be made available to Customer. If Bank receives an Instruction after its established cut-off time, it shall attempt to act upon the Instruction on the day requested if Bank deems it practicable to do so or otherwise as soon as practicable on the next business day.

  • Delivery Times 4.1 The delivery times agreed with regard to (parts of) the Performance to be delivered by the Supplier shall be binding. If these delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall automatically be in default under the Agreement without notice of default being required to that effect. 4.2 For each calendar day by which the aforesaid delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall pay to Wavin an amount of 0.5% of the total sum agreed with a maximum of 10%, which is a genuine pre-estimate of the losses incurred by Xxxxx. 4.3 The Supplier shall always be obliged to provide Wavin in time, and in all cases within 24 hours after the Supplier became aware of this or should reasonably have foreseen this, with adequate and written notification of its impending failure to meet the delivery time. Execution of the Agreement in partial deliveries shall require Xxxxx’s prior written consent. If Wavin so requests, the Supplier shall be obliged to submit a written production or execution schedule and/or to cooperate in progress monitoring.

  • Current Locations The chief executive office of each Company is located at the address set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.

  • Additions The Allottee shall not make any additions or alterations in the Apartment or Building or cause damage to or nuisance in the Apartment or Building or in the Project in any manner. In case any partitions, interiors, false ceilings etc. are installed by the Allottee, then all necessary permissions from the authorities, if required, will be obtained by the Allottee directly at his own cost. In any case the Allottee shall not be entitled to carry out any structural changes in the Building and Apartment. The Allottee shall at all times co-operate with the other allottees/occupiers of the Units in the management and maintenance of the Apartment and the Building and the Project.

  • Lead Times Lead times for delivery of the Products are set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Lead Times”). Supplier shall deliver Products ordered by S&W by the applicable Delivery Date set forth in S&W’s Order, so long as the Delivery Date is consistent with the Lead Times. If applicable Lead Times are not set forth in Schedule B, the Delivery Date shall be such date as reasonably agreed to by the parties.
