OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.
SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity. Supplier will act in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards of Accenture as described in the Accenture Supplier Standards of Conduct, including prompt reporting of unlawful, fraudulent or unethical conduct. Contractor Standards Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of Contractor Standards may be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.
Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.
Codes and Standards Under the various sections of the specifications, where reference is made to specific codes or standards governing the installation of specified items, installation shall in all cases be in strict accordance with the referenced codes and standards. Where no reference is made to specific codes or standards, installation shall conform to the generally recognized applicable standards for first-class installation of the specific item to be installed. Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.
Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.
WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.
Referenced Standards This Section incorporates by reference the latest revision of the following documents. These references are a part of this Section as specified and modified. In case of conflict between the requirements of this Section and those of a listed document, the requirements of this Section shall prevail. Reference Title ANSI B16.5
Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.
Compliance with Data Privacy and Security Laws and Standards Contractor shall comply with all applicable State and federal data privacy and data security laws, rules, and regulations.
