WORKLOAD STANDARDS. 2 2.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide services/activities, as described in 3 Paragraph 4 below, to address one (1) or more of the seven (7) Promoting Safe 4 and Stable Families (PSSF) outcomes as specified in Subparagraph 2.2 below, 5 and addressing all four (4) of the PSSF service categories defined in 1.1 through 2.1.4, below. ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole 7 discretion and upon written notice to CONTRACTOR, modify: the terms or 8 definitions, the particular type of services/activities to be provided, the 9 time-of-day and day-of-week services/activities are to be provided, the 10 location(s) where services/activities shall be provided, the date(s) 11 services/activities shall begin and end, the service goal(s), measurement 12 tools and outcome indicators, and the number of participants to be provided 13 services/activities as described in Paragraph 4, below, without changing 14 COUNTY’S maximum obligation as set forth in this Agreement. CONTRACTOR 15 understands that such modification(s) shall promote community participation.

WORKLOAD STANDARDS. CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that at any given time 2 the standards referenced below are minimum standards, and shall make every effort to exceed these 3 minimums. 4 1. One (1) DSH shall be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct Client service. 5 2. For Period One, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of seven thousand nine hundred 6 ninety two (7,992) billable hours of service, with a minimum of one hundred ninety two (192) hours of 7 medication support services, and seven thousand eight hundred (7,800) hours of other mental health, 8 case management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS services as identified in the Services Paragraph of 9 this Exhibit A to the Agreement. 10 3. For Period Two, CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of three thousand nine hundred 11 ninety six (3,996) billable hours of service, with a minimum of ninety six (96) hours of medication 12 support services, and three thousand nine hundred (3,900) hours of other mental health, case 13 management, and/or crisis intervention or TBS services as identified in the Services Paragraph of this 14 Exhibit A to the Agreement. 15 4. CONTRACTOR shall, at a minimum provide the following DSH per FTE: 16 a. Program Coordinator shall provide sixty (60) billable DHS per month or seven hundred 17 twenty (720) billable DSH for Period One and three hundred sixty (360) billable DSH for Period Two. 18 b. Counselor shall provide one hundred (100) billable DSH per month or one thousand 19 two hundred (1,200) billable DSH for Period One and six hundred (600) billable DSH for Period Two. 20 c. Mental Health Worker shall provide ninety-five (95) billable DSH per month or one 21 thousand one hundred forty (1,140) billable DSH for Period One and five hundred seventy (570) billable 22 DSH for Period Two. 23 5. For the Group Home/Xxxxxx Care Programs, CONTRACTOR shall maintain an appropriate 24 caseload that will facilitate the provision of the minimum direct service hours identified above. 25 6. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an active and on-going minimum caseload of at least 26 seventy six (76) unduplicated Clients, of which at least seventy six (76) shall be Medi-Cal, throughout 27 the term of the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by ADMINISTRATOR.

WORKLOAD STANDARDS. Assignments shall be made to fulfill educational needs as determined by the District. In the event that it is necessary to assign duties prior to 7:30 a.m., or after 5:00 p.m., the academic employee shall be notified of such necessity in advance, and the necessity shall be discussed with the employee prior to actual assignment. Reasonable effort shall be made by the District to avoid such an assignment unless it is required in order to provide the academic employee with a full-time load. Full-time loads are set forth in Appendix A, which by this reference is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
