DAILY FARES AND TRAVEL. (1) Employees performing work to which this Agreement applies shall be paid a daily fares and travel allowance in accordance with the table below: (a) $22.00 per day if residing in Karratha or Dampier; or (b) $32.00 per day if residing in Roebourne, Xxxxxxx or Point Samson. (a) $23.00 per day if residing in Karratha or Dampier; or (b) $33.00 per day if residing in Roebourne, Xxxxxxx or Point Samson. (2) Provided that the allowances prescribed herein shall not be payable where the Company provides transport or the Employee resides in Company provided accommodation. (3) An Employee who is receiving a daily fares and travel allowance must not use Company provided transport to travel to and from work.
