Daily Nominations. (a) No later than 13:30 hours on the Day before the Service Provider is to provide the Service (other than a VTS Service) to the Shipper, the Shipper may by notice to the Service Provider request a change to the Shipper's Weekly Nomination (Daily Nomination).
