Damage by pets. When Xxxxxx will be receiving his or her final paycheck, prior to the end of the lease term, the Lessor shall deduct $500.00 as a security deposit from the Lessee's departure for damage and cleaning listed above which may signal the right to retain all or part of the deposit.
