Damage or Loss of Property. 1. No employee shall be held responsible for loss, damage or destruction of school property or children's property, when such loss, damage or destruction is not the fault of the employee. 2. An employee shall report in writing any loss, damage or destruction to the Superintendent/Director, immediately upon becoming aware of such loss, damage or destruction.
