EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Except as this Agreement shall hereinafter otherwise provide, in the event any condition of employment is not specifically covered by this Agreement, the School Committee's rules, regulations, customs or practices with regard to said condition of employment as of the date of this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this Agreement which changes pre-existing School Committee rules and regulations shall operate retro-actively.

EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. In order to change any conditions of employment that were in effect on the effective date of the 2012 SSA/AFGE National Agreement, and that are not covered by the 2012 SSA/AFGE National Agreement, the Agency shall provide notice and, upon request, bargain with the Union to the extent required by law and in accordance with Article 4 of this Agreement.
