EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Except as this Agreement shall hereinafter otherwise provide, in the event any condition of employment is not specifically covered by this Agreement, the School Committee's rules, regulations, customs or practices with regard to said condition of employment as of the date of this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this Agreement which changes pre-existing School Committee rules and regulations shall operate retro-actively.
EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. In order to change any conditions of employment that were in effect on the effective date of the 2012 SSA/AFGE National Agreement, and that are not covered by the 2012 SSA/AFGE National Agreement, the Agency shall provide notice and, upon request, bargain with the Union to the extent required by law and in accordance with Article 4 of this Agreement.
EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The provisions of this Agreement shall constitute Committee policy for the duration hereof or until changed by mutual consent in writing. Any previously adopted policy, rule, or regulation of the Committee which is in conflict with provisions of the Agreement shall be superseded and replaced by the Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement that changes pre- existing Committee policy, rules, or regulations shall operate retroactively, unless expressly so stated.
EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. It is agreed and understood by the parties that all existing wages, benefits and terms and conditions of employment not addressed or not specifically changed by this MOU that are within the lawful scope of the meet and confer process shall remain in full force and effect during the entire term of this MOU.
EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. Except as this Contract shall hereinafter otherwise provide, all conditions of employment applicable on the effective date of this Contract to employees covered by this Contract, as established by the School Committee’s Rules and Regulations in force on the said date, shall continue to be so applicable during the life of this Contract.

Any previously adopted policy, practice, rule or resolution of the Committee which effects mandatory subjects or bargaining regarding wages, hours or conditions of employment of bargaining unit employees will not be changed by the Committee without affording the Federation notice and an opportunity to bargaining regarding the impact of the change prior to its implementation.

EXISTING CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. The parties recognize that the success of the Chelsea schools, the successful implementation of this agreement, and the enhancement of the stature of paraprofessionals require the readiness of both parties to confer about proposed actions or potential problems.
