Common use of Damage to Personal Items Clause in Contracts

Damage to Personal Items. The Employer or Insurance Carrier will pay the cost of repairing or replacing eye glasses, watches, dentures, articles of clothing or other personal items damaged in the line of duty in accordance with applicable regulations of the State Administrative Board (Procedure 0620.02, issued January 6, 1997), and unless otherwise reimbursed. Claims shall be processed as expeditiously as possible and reimbursement for valid claims shall not be unduly delayed.
