Damages Not Precluded. The purchase and sale of the Buy/Sell Units in accordance with this Article shall not preclude the Company from seeking damages for losses suffered by the Company or the remaining Members if the Termination Event results from a breach by the Terminated Member of Section 12.1, Section 12.2 or Section 13.1 of this Agreement.

  • Damages; Relief Termination of this Agreement shall not preclude either Party from claiming any other damages, compensation or relief that it may be entitled to upon such termination.
