Data Analysis and Mining. Recipient is prohibited from analyzing or mining SDI for any purpose other than delivering the Service to MNPS under this Agreement, or improving the Service for MNPS. Analysis and mining of SDI to support marketing, advertising or other commercial ventures, whether by Recipient or a third party, are prohibited.
