Data Collector. You agree to install or allow to be installed, and you shall maintain in operation during the term of the Agreement, our data connector client which remotely and automatically collects Transportation Data and replicates such Transportation Data into our data cloud for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation by us to provide services to you. We will implement administrative, technical and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security of your Transportation Data within our data cloud.
