License Schedule definition

License Schedule means the document in which the commercial details of the Service Licenses are agreed between the Parties. The License Schedule may be a Customer Contract in itself or an integrated part thereof;
License Schedule means a document signed by Licensor and Licensee that incorporates these General Terms and by which Licensor licenses Software to Licensee.
License Schedule means a mutually executed copy of the license schedule form attached hereto as Exhibit A, setting forth specific details related to each particular data license arrangement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a License Schedule and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern unless the terms of the License Schedule indicate, by express section reference, an intent to supersede the conflicting terms of this Agreement.

Examples of License Schedule in a sentence

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any Purchase Authorization Letter or Software License Schedule, the terms of such Purchase Authorization Letter or Software License Schedule shall prevail.

  • E&O insurance must be maintained for (a) so long as these Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Order are in effect (or a longer period if any Purchase Order or License Schedule has not yet expired or been terminated), and (b) for a period of two (2) years after the later of (i) the date these Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Order is terminated, and (ii) the date on which all Purchase Orders or License Schedules have expired or been terminated.

  • Company will deliver to University the payments specified in Section A3 (Payments) of attached Exhibit A (Start-Up License Schedule).

  • In no event may Licensee copy in whole or in part the Software or the Documentation without the Licensor’s prior written consent except as allowed in the applicable License Schedule.
