Data Connection. The Promoter has an agreement with Reliance Jio Infocomm Private Limited (Jio) to be the service provider for broadband, voice and data connectivity within the Project. The Allottee can seek connectivity from Jio in this respect and will pay Jio the requisite charges for such connectivity and the user charges for the services. In case the Allottee desires to take data connectivity from an alternate service provider then the Promoter will charge right of way charges for laying of the requisite cables or towers for such connectivity from the service provider.

Data Connection. In the event Merchant requires the installation of a dedicated data connection for electronic transmissions to EPX, Merchant shall make arrangements for such installation and the maintenance thereof with EPX. EPX shall coordinate the installation and maintenance of the dedicated data connection. Merchant shall pay EPX for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs related to the installation and maintenance of the dedicated data connection.
Data Connection. In the event the Merchant requires the installation of a dedicated data connection for electronic transmissions to the ISO, the Merchant shall make arrangements for such installation and the maintenance thereof with PAYSTRAX. PAYSTRAX shall coordinate the installation and maintenance of the dedicated data connection. The Merchant shall pay PAYSTRAX for all costs related to the installation and maintenance of the dedicated data connection.
Data Connection. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed (at least 1Mbps or better) internet data connection during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 4.

The Plot Owner can seek requisite connectivity and services from Jio in this respect and pay to Jio the requisite charges for such connectivity and the user charges for the services. (b) In case the Plot Owner desires to take data connectivity from an alternate service provider, then METL will have a right to charge the Plot Owner for right of way charges for laying of the requisite cables or towers for such connectivity by such service provider. The Plot Owner understands and agrees that METL is not under an obligation to provide such right of way to the Plot Owner, however, METL shall endeavor to provide such right of way, provided that it does not cause a nuisance to the other occupants of the Industrial Colony. However, METL will endeavor to provide such right of way, subject to its availability, provided that it does not cause a nuisance to other occupants of the Industrial Colony.
Data Connection. In the event the Merchant requires the installation of a dedicated data connection for electronic transmissions to the ISO, the Merchant shall make arrangements for such installation and the maintenance thereof with the ISO. The ISO shall coordinate the installation and maintenance of the dedicated data connection. The Merchant shall pay the ISO for all costs related to the installation and maintenance of the dedicated data connection.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Authority Consistent with Good Utility Practice, this LGIA, and the CAISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities,

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
