Data Line. If the Project Site has an internet data line, Purchaser may, in its discretion, provide access to an internet data line at the Project Site to enable Seller to record the Output generated by the System. Seller is responsible, at its sole cost, for providing all means of connection to the internet data line, including boring, conduit, and wire, as applicable. Seller shall comply with all policies, procedures, and requirements of Purchaser for use of Purchaser’s internet data line, and any violation or misuse thereof may permit Purchaser to suspend or terminate such use. Seller assumes all risks associated with use of the internet data line, including any loss of internet data connectivity or service. If Purchaser is unable to provide access to an internet data line or if such data line is unavailable or out of service, Seller shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly install and operate a cellular communications device to acquire the necessary production data.
Data Line. Purchaser shall provide Seller a high speed internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Purchaser fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Purchaser for such amount in accordance with Section 4.
Data Line. If requested by Seller, Customer shall provide Seller an access to the Customer’s existing (at the time of the request) high-speed internet data line during the Term to enable Seller to record the Energy; provided, that if Customer does not have any high-speed internet data line at the time of Seller’s request, Customer and Seller shall cooperate, at Seller’s sole cost and expense, to install and provide a high-speed internet date line. If such line ceases to function and is not repaired within a reasonable time by the internet/data provider, Seller may reasonably estimate the amount of Energy that was generated and invoice Customer for such amount in accordance with Section 3.
Data Line. Lessee shall provide Lessor a high speed internet data line during the Term to enable Lessor to record the electric energy generated by the System. If Lessee fails to provide such high speed internet data line, or if such line ceases to function and is not repaired, Lessor may reasonably estimate the amount of electric energy that was generated and invoice Lessee for such amount in accordance with Section 4.

Vendor {Contractor} shall provide, at its sole cost, a high speed internet data line from the Facility during the Term to enable Vendor {Contractor} to record the electrical energy generated by the System subject at all times to the terms and conditions of this PPA. Vendor {Contractor} shall make this data available to the Using Agency in real time at no charge.
Data Line. You will be entitled to retain one of the T-1 data lines that are currently in service at your home for a period of one year from the Effective Date at no cost to you.
