INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT Clause Samples
The 'Infrastructure and Environment' clause sets out the obligations and standards related to the physical and operational environment in which a project or service is delivered. INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT. The Promoter would provide certain infrastructure services on use based charges or pay-and-use principles, to the occupants of the Project. The Allottee affirms and acknowledges that: (a) a separate agreement would be executed between the Promoter and the Allottee, in relation to such infrastructure services; and (b) separate service charge(s), as decided by the Promoter, shall be payable by the Allottee in relation to such infrastructure services. The Promoter would provide the following infrastructure services within 18 (eighteen) months from the date of execution of this Agreement:

INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT. Client will provide the infrastructure and environment necessary for the safe operation of the Service Equipment such as locating the Service Equipment in a dry, clean, well ventilated, and temperature controlled location and providing an appropriate uninterrupted power supply. All Service Equipment must be placed on a rack or appropriate shelf and positioned to provide ample working space in and around it.
