DATA MAINTENANCE. The Union will conduct periodic audits of data related to membership form reconciliation, financial deductions, and BU information. The Employer shall complete and/or reconcile the audit within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the audit from the Union.
DATA MAINTENANCE. The [Institution/Project Partner] hereby undertakes to maintain the Project Archive for the duration of the Project and for a period of at least three (3) years after the end of the Project. This period is subject to extension if the Steering Group so decides.
DATA MAINTENANCE. A. Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, and annually thereafter, the District will maintain the following data:
1. the number of students, by race, enrolled in each District school in the just- completed school year; and
2. the number of students, by race, and school, enrolled in each CCP course and program, in each of the District’s elementary/middle/high schools in the just- completed school year – the information will be provided for each program/course, so that an accurate percentage of overall students is possible – i.e., data should be reported in such a manner so that students who are taking more than one of the specified courses are not double-counted.
DATA MAINTENANCE. BASE shall have no obligation to maintain Licensee’s data after the date that is thirty (30) days following the termination of this Agreement except as otherwise agreed upon in writing and/or as mandated by applicable law. Licensee acknowledges that BASE is bound by all state and federal laws governing the exchange, storage, destruction, and dissemination of student data.
DATA MAINTENANCE. CCL shall not charge for the maintenance of either the Customs Tariff Master or the Exchange Rates files. The Client is responsible for procuring hardware and network infrastructure, to enable the CCL software to run.

DATA MAINTENANCE. Siemens shall collect and update all information and data obtained and compiled in the provision of Services and report the same to TRX for such periods and in such formats as reasonably requested by TRX. Siemens shall keep all such data and information in paper format and, to the extent such storage of data does not result in incremental costs to Siemens’ existing infrastructure as defined in Exhibit “C”, electronic format, for a period as determined by TRX. TRX shall, at all times, have access to such data and be able to make copies of such data upon request. Siemens will not charge TRX for such data maintenance services in excess of the fees set forth in Section 7.
DATA MAINTENANCE. 5.1 Each Party agrees to update, correct, modify and otherwise maintain its TNET Replicated Database in accordance with the Best Practices specified in Attachment B. In addition to maintaining its own transit and roads data, the County shall attempt, but is not required, to maintain transportation-related data within King County that is not being maintained by other Members of the TNET Consortium.
5.2 Each Party shall undertake such data maintenance on a regular basis and as soon as possible after changes occur in the geography and/or related attribution information within its jurisdiction or after errors or deficiencies in its TNET Replicated Database are identified.
5.3 At least once each business day, each Party shall synchronize its TNET Replicated Database to the TNET Master Databases in accordance with the requirements of Attachment B. Such synchronization is required, whether or not a Party has modified its TNET Replicated Database, to ensure optimal currency as well as the earliest possible detection of any and all data issues.

2. the number of students, by race, enrolled in each CCP course, program and school, in each of the District’s middle/high schools in the just-completed school year – the information will be provided for each program/course, so that an accurate percentage of overall students is possible – i.e., data should be reported in such a manner so that students who are taking more than one of the specified courses are not double-counted; and
3. the number of students, by race and school, in the three specialty sixth-grade feeder schools (i.e., Zoo, Blandford, and the Center for Economicology), as well as enrollment in City Middle/High School and any elementary and middle school honors, foreign language, or algebra courses in the just-completed school year – the information will be provided for each course, so that an accurate percentage of overall students is possible – i.e., data should be reported in such a manner so that students who are taking more than one of the specified courses are not double- counted.
DATA MAINTENANCE. Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, and annually thereafter, the District will maintain the following data:
A. the number of students, by race and national origin, enrolled in each District school in the just-completed school year;
B. the number of students, by race and national origin, and school, enrolled or participating in each advanced academics activity, course or program in each of the District’s elementary and junior high schools in the just competed school year;
C. the number of students, by race and national origin, and school, enrolled or participating in each foundations course or program in each of the District’s elementary and junior high schools in the just competed school year; and
D. the number of students, by race and national origin, and school, enrolled in each CCP course and program, in each of the District’s junior high and high schools in the just-completed school year.
