Common use of Data Maintenance and Backup Warranty Clause in Contracts

Data Maintenance and Backup Warranty. Vendor warrants during the Term of this Agreement, that it will, at a minimum, utilize and maintain backup procedures. In the event of a breach of this provision, Vendor will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct Customer Data or restore Customer Data within three (3) business days (or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties depending upon the back-up options selected by Customer).
