Common use of Data Quality Clause in Contracts

Data Quality. i. It is the responsibility of all parties to ensure that the information is of sufficient quality for its intended purpose, bearing in mind accuracy, validity, reliability, timeliness, relevance and completeness. ii. The Police will take every reasonable step to ensure that inaccurate personal data is erased or rectified without delay and will notify the Parties to this agreement of the erasure or rectification. iii. All Rights of Access requests received involving data shared under this Agreement must be forwarded to the relevant Parties Data Protection Officer (DPO) within 2 working days. iv. If a Party makes a decision to erase or rectify personal data, it is their responsibility to contact all Parties that have received the relevant data as soon as possible.
