Common use of Data Subject Requests Clause in Contracts

Data Subject Requests. To the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.

To the extent legally permitted, Okta Password Boss shall promptly notify Customer Company if Okta Password Boss receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Password Boss shall assist Customer Company by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of CustomerCompany’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent CustomerCompany, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta Password Boss shall, upon CustomerCompany’s request, provide commercially- commercially-reasonable efforts to assist Customer Company in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Password Boss is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer Company shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaPassword Boss’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. To the extent legally permitted, Okta Traxo shall promptly notify Customer Client if Okta Traxo receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Traxo shall assist Customer Client by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of CustomerClient’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and RegulationsLaws. In addition, to the extent CustomerClient, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta Traxo shall, upon CustomerClient’s request, provide commercially- commercially-reasonable efforts to assist Customer Client in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Traxo is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and RegulationsLaws. To the extent legally permitted, Customer Client shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaTraxo’s provision of such assistance.

CaseFox shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta CaseFox receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta CaseFox shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, CaseFox shall upon Customer’s request, request provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta CaseFox is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaCaseFox’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. To Productive shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a of any complaint, dispute or request it has received from a Data Subject under applicable Data Protection Law in relation to exercise the Personal Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (a “Data Subject Request”). Factoring Productive shall not respond to a Data Subject Request itself, except that the Customer authorizes Productive to redirect the Data Subject Request as necessary to allow Customer to respond directly. Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Productive shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment fulfillment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under as required by applicable Data Protection Laws and RegulationsLaws. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta Productive shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Productive is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under applicable Data Protection Laws and RegulationsLaws. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaProductive’s provision of such assistance, including any fees associated with provision of additional functionality.

Data Subject Requests. To Loomio shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta Xxxxxx receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's ’s right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Xxxxxx shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, Loomio shall upon Customer’s request, request provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Loomio is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaLoomio’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. To Instatus shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta Instatus receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's ’s right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Instatus shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, Instatus shall upon Customer’s request, request provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Instatus is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaInstatus’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. To No Fraud shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer Client if Okta No Fraud receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta No Fraud shall assist Customer Client by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of CustomerClient’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent CustomerClient, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta No Fraud shall, upon CustomerClient’s request, provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer Client in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta No Fraud is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer Client shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaNo Fraud’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. To Instatus shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta Instatus receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's ’s right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Instatus shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject DataSubject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the ServiceServices, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, Instatus shall upon Customer’s request, request provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Instatus is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaInstatus’s provision of such assistance.

Data Subject Requests. To Asana shall, to the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta Xxxxx receives a request any requests from a Data Subject to exercise the following Data Subject's right of Subject rights: access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object objection to the Processing, or its right to not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (each, a “Data Subject Request”). Factoring Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Okta Xxxxx shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under applicable Data Protection Laws and RegulationsLaws. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta Asana shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta Asana is legally authorized permitted to do so, so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under applicable Data Protection Laws and RegulationsLaws. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from OktaXxxxx’s provision of such assistance, including any fees associated with provision of additional functionality.
