Date for Final Completion. The Date for Final Completion is the Date for Final Completion as set forth in the Agreement or in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment, as applicable. The Date for Final Completion shall only be changed or modified by Change Order, other Modification, or a Claim that is Finally Resolved, regardless of any dates in the Construction Schedule.
