Final Completion Defined. Final Completion is the completion of all Work, including completion of all Minor Items and Permitted Incomplete Work as defined in Section 6, Part 1. Final Completion shall be evidenced by the Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion (Section 7 Forms).

Final Completion Defined. With respect to the Project, “Final Completion” means the completion of all Design Services and all Work required by, and in strict compliance with, the Agreement, as approved by Owner in writing, including the satisfactory completion or resolution of all deficiencies (punch list items) and Design/Builder’s provision to Owner of all documents and things required by the Agreement. “Final Completion” does not include services under maintenance service agreements and other services intended to continue beyond the Scheduled Completion Date.
Final Completion Defined. Final Completion shall be achieved when the Work is fully and finally complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. The date Final Completion is achieved shall be established by Owner in writing, but in no case shall constitute Final Acceptance which is a subsequent, separate, and distinct action.

The Architect's final Certificate for Payment will constitute a further representation that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions entitling him or her to final payment as set forth in Subparagraph 9.9.2 of these General Conditions.
